What Causes Blood In Stool?
Question: hi, i had a fissure in year 2014 Dec, it recovered as i took plenty of water, fiber food, a regularly took sitz bath and applied anobliss cream after sitz bath, Now from mid of nov 2016 i have same problem , while passing stool there is a blood, since then i strated drinking water , eating fiber food taking sitz bath , but the problem still persists, please suggest what to do ?

- Is the stool mixed with blood or comes as streak on the outer surface of stool?

- Have you been examined by a General Surgeon by per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy?

It is necessary to get the proctoscopy done to know the exact diagnosis. Only finger insertion can not tell whether piles/Hemorrhoids are present or not.

No pain if there is no pain while passing motion.

Proctoscopy is passing a small scope through anal canal and to see for the hemorrhoids and any other problems while withdrawing. The examining scope is just a larger than a finger and well lubricated hence does not cause any pain at all if the the finger tests has not caused any pain.
It is not painful if there is no pain while passing motion.
Sigmoidoscopy or Colonoscopy also allows to see the same., but are longer and basically meant to visualize the colon.
Hence is there was no pain during finger examination and while passing motion proctoscopy will be painless.

So i do understand i need to get checked through proctoscopy , then if i am not able to get diagaonised on this platform through my explanations and concerns then what is the use of paying to this site.
I suggest you to recommend me some medicine basis my concerns listed above.Else suggest me any other examination which is painless, as i dont want to get examinded by insertion , i thought science is gone ahead, dont we have any digital image , MRI scan which can determine the exact cause ? please suggest.

Should i avoid non veg ( fish, mutton , chicken) , because i am a non veg lover.
