Question: I have just finished a 2 day fast consuming nothing but water, I resumed eating as normal this morning.Consuming a lemon, apple cider, turmeric, cinnamon and honey drink followed by porridge mixed nuts assorted seeds, spirulina, cacao, ISA, honey and almond milk. after I had my fist bowel movement in approximately 48 hours I noticed a fair amount of blood in the toilet bowl and toilet paper. Should I be concerned or have I broken my fast incorrectly.

Brief Answer:
You need to visit your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the details which you have provided.

I would suggest that you visit your doctor to get a rectal examination done. This would help to identify the cause of the bleeding.

Do get back in case you have further queries.

Hope this helps
Regards
