Brief Answer:
Get examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Irregular food habits or frequent indigestion can lead to conditions like piles or fissures. These are the ones which bleed during defecation.

I strongly recommend you to consult a gastroentrology surgeon and get examined. If diagnosed at initial stages, can be cured with minimal complications.

Do not wait for long so as it becomes untreatable.

Wish you good health.

Thanks for writing back.
Fissure does not present with pain unless its big. Spotty bleeding is very common in initial stages.

Do get examined.

Wish you good health.
