Brief Answer:
You should visit ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

Presence of blood in stool may be due to many reasons, like infection, inflammaotry or malignancy for which evaluation is required. Moreover it can be dangerous also if the bleed is significant. Also since the urine colour is dark brown which may be blood suggest that there is rather some systemic cause of bleed like coagulation disorder. And this defect may cause bleed any where so I will suggest you to visit an ER for evaluation and management

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
