What Causes Blood In Stool?
Question: hi i"m chowdary and my age is 24. for the first time i have noticed some blood bleeding during motion in the morning. can you explain me why this happens and also precautions to be taken.

The bleeding that you mention is most likely due to Hemorrhoids/Piles or a Fissure in ano (cut in the mucosa of that area).
Only examination of the part will confirm what it is.
If there is pain in passing stools then it is likely a fissure.
If there is no pain and there is swelling around the area then it is likely to be hemorrhoids.
For both the conditions you should ensure that there is no constipation and you should pass loose comfortable stools. Take Syp Lactulose 20ml at night and see if it softens the stools.
If not then see a Surgeon and let him examine you,
