Brief Answer:
It can be due to hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to hemorrhoids.

Do you feel anything bulged on anal sphincter?
Do you had recent episode of constipation?
Do you strain a lot while passing stools?

Taking stool softeners will be helpful for this. You can take lactulose syrup at bed time. Take more dietary fibers in food. Whole fruits and vegetable salads are helpful.
Don't postpone your toilet when you feel to go.

If this recur then approach a general surgeon to have a digital examination and proctoscopy if necessary.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
