Brief Answer:
needs immediate evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Any change in consistency or color of stool needs evaluation in a woman over 60 yr age group.

I would probe further into family and personal history of colon cancer, crohns and colitis and diverticulitis.

A simple rectal examination with sigmoidoscopy can reveal further details. Your details are few to give concrete opinion.

Let me know if you have details.
