Question: My brother Name Mr XXXXXXX He found blood in stool twice in one month, May i know the reason?

Stool in blood due to multiple reasons.

Hello XXXX,

Blood in stool may be due anal fissure,anal tag or hemorrhoids(Piles) which is most common cause and rarely colon cancer.
I have gone through all your previous queries and chat with doctors.
I would suggest you visit a general surgeon or a Gastroenterologist for clinical examination.
If doctor finds any abnormality, doctor may go for colonoscopy to rule out the cause.
Mean time I suggest you
If he has constipation problem, it is most important to prevent it.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat fiber contains and light food.
Avoid spicy, oily and heavy meal.
Sitz bath twice a day. Take warm water in a tub and add some amount of betadine solution and sit in water for 15 to 20 minutes. It will helpful to reduce bleeding.
