Hi, I'am Dr Suresh MD , I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Give her oral rehydration solution if motions are loose .

I would like to know some details before I can answer your question in a better way.

how much of blood is present in motions ?
Are motions loose , normal consistency or hard ( constipation) ?
What is weight and height of your child ?
What is frequency of motions ? Is it associated with pain ? Is there is fever.

Do revert back with details so that I can answer your question better.

At the time of born of my child , i was faced lot of problems. she had high level jaundice , than after 6 months it is cleared. And (motion with blood) same problem also there, blood level also low...so we injected 2 units of blood to baby.

Now last 2 years she is alright, the same problem coming again (motion with blood)

ok doctor , i give answer for your questions .... may be one drop of blood is present in motion.....Motion is little hard and normal......Weight of my daughter is 13 kg , height is 80 cm.....Motion frequency is once a day or two days once .... No pain during motion, but she pull the air at the time of motion..... No fever ,but her body temperature is always little high, she is playing well ...

Brief Answer:
may be related to constipation

Detailed Answer:
Hi , it does not look like cow's milk allergy , if the child was asymptomatic for 2 years , moreover cow milk allergy is unlikely to manifest at this age . One or two drops of blood with slight hard stool , looks related to constipation, give her plenty of fibers in diet , green leafy vegetables and see if it helps, or you can use laxatives like lactulose for constipation. If after correction of hard stools, blood still present baby need to be examined by a surgeon to rule out any local pathology like polyp .

Weight of your baby is nearly normal ( average at this age is 14 kg) but height is less , it is less than 3rd percentile ( average at this age is 95 cm ) , if it is not a typing mistake , it is a cause of concern and need to be evaluated .
Revert back if any other query ( including related to height ) , I will be happy to answer your question. Thanks
