All nigjt I have been having bloody stool with clots and horrible gut pain. I just got up out of bed and have blood in my urine. Wondering if this could be associated with the c diff

Brief Answer:
probbaly not directly

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, C diff dont cause urinary infections and uroinfections are most common cause of blood in urine. However, your colon infection and antibiotic treatment may have caused increased risk of uroinfection due to antibiotic resistancy and fungal opportunistic infections, also you immune system may be weakened. Another possible cause is urinary tract stones. In every case, it is most important to drink lot of fluids, raspberry tea and avoid urine retention. At this point I wouldnt take another antibiotic, but you should do urine analysis and urinoculture if blood persist for more than 3-4 days. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
not worrying

Detailed Answer:
Dehydration could have caused urinary stones that damaged ureter and caused blood in urine. Pain and fever may still be sign of severe clostridoum j infection and you should take probiotics, antiemetics and watch for diet.
