Blood in stool can be caused by some large intestine tumor (reddish blood mixed with stool) or bleeding from the esophageal intestine junction (tar like stool).
Blood in urine is usually caused by an infection.

Please go not wait with it. Consult your doctor and have blood work, urine analysis and gastroscope at first. Colonoscopy should be also considered.
