Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from acute otitis media of ear

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query, it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the acute otitis media of the ear.

Bleeding in the mouth and nose may be due to local and systemic cause but to reach the near diagnosis you may go for the
1. Routine blood examination.
2. BP measurement.
3. Nasal endoscopy and oral examination.

I suggest you plan a visit to an ENT Specialist for aforementioned consult. This will help us identify the cause.

Brief Answer:
Thats good but it is absolute necessary to go for the nasal endoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up question; that you are apparently alright but it is absolute necessary to go for the nasal endoscopy examination. Most probably cause may be local i.e. nasal prick injury or use of painkillers.
