Brief Answer:
Can you upload pics please ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Can you please upload photographs of the lesions that you are describing ?
In all probability they would be chronic boils ( inflammation of the sweat glands or hair follicles ).
However I need to look at them, to be absolutely sure of what they are, and what to do about them.
All the best

I can't really get a good picture of it. They do not look like boils and I have no STDS... They look exactly like angiokeratoma ... Mine are very small and purple dots. They are raised and yeah they sometimes have a hair grow out of one which will cause it to bleed. No puss comes out of them only blood. Like cutting my finger. I hope this helps if not I'll have to try and upload a picture. Thank you XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Need pics really.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Well what you mentioned about the hair clinches it.
It IS most likely folliculitis - infection of the hair follicles.
I wish you could get good photos in good light and exposure, that would help me to be more specific.
I hope you realize I really NEED to look at them.
Please try and upload pics.
Take care.

That is the best picture I can get. Like I said I have had them for about 9 years now and they never go away. There is no puss just blood filled

Brief Answer:
Biopsy will confirm the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for the photos.
I know you did your best, but the exposure is not really that good.
Yes, these could be angiokeratomas.
Again, what is confusing is the presence of hair follicles coming out of some of them, so it could be chronic folliculitis too.
Pus is not always necessary in folliculitis.
However, angiokeratomas are rare.
You can confirm the diagnosis by consulting an OB - GYN and having a histopathological exam of the lesions.
It is essential if you desire complete treatment for the same.
take care.
