Brief Answer:
Investigative tests are advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having bloating, stomach pain, nausea, and indigestion are normal symptoms of IBS.

I need to know if you have had any tests like:
- abdominal ultrasound?
- colonoscopy?
- fecal culture/analysis?

If yes, can you provide the reports?

Being stressed out is also an aggravating factor to IBS. That's why, you should try to control stress/anxiety through lifestyle changes especially when it comes to walking/jogging in fresh air. Chamomile/valeriana/aloe vera tea/supplements can also help.
