Brief Answer:
Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

The bloating, contractions, vomiting and diarrhea could be symptoms of gastritis that could be caused by a virus. To relieve the bloating you can take dimethicone 40 mg (Disflatyl chewable tablets ).

As for the painful contractions, you can take proton pump inhibitor as Omeprazole or an H2 blocker as Ranitidine. You are doing right by drinking plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. If you experience vomiting again then you can take Metoclopramide as a primperan single dose.

If you experience diarrhea again you can take Imodium (you may need a prescription from your local physician for these).

I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
