Brief Answer: blister possibly due to pressure Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day The blister has occurred at the weight bearing part of sole of foot. It's likely to be pressure induced. It would have occurred due to following 1. I'll fitting footwear 2. Prolonged pressure over the area 3. Associated diabetes Mellitus. Is the blister filled with clear or hemorrhagic fluid? If it's filled with blood the overlying colour of skin will be red or purple. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. It would be helpful if you could provide clinical photograph. You can upload it in image uploader available. I would suggest adequate rest, limb elevation while sleeping and avoid savlon application. Take care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS, MD
