Brief Answer:
No need for any investigations to be done now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.

Blighted ovum is the cause for 50% of first trimester miscarriages. This is usually as result of chromosomal problems due to abnormal division of fertilized egg. It is not because of something you did or you did not do. Most women who have had blighted ovum go on to have healthy baby later.
Blighted ovum usually happens no more than once. So there is no need for any investigations to be done at present.

Yes you can have second IUI. Since you have already had laparoscopy and ovarian drilling I presume that you have tried Clomiphene citrate before.

Do take a tablet of folic acid daily
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
