As per your response to my questions it seems that you have gum infection and inflammation known as Gingivitis..

You need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated in person ..
He can do Scaling of teeth and Polishing followed by a course of antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory painkiller..
Topical application of gum paint and antimicrobial mouthwash gargles can be advised..
Do warm saline gargles..

Ask the dentist to demonstrate you a proper brushing technique..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene..
