Brief Answer:
Isn't sign of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

There are many different causes of bleeding between periods.
Some may not be anything to worry about.
1.sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as chlamydia – if you’ve recently had unprotected sex with a new partner, it’s a good idea to get tested
2.reproductive hormones not working normally – this is common in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
3.stress
4.harmless changes to the cervix (neck of the womb) – this may be called ectropion or cervical erosion
5.cervical or endometrial polyps (benign or non-cancerous growths in the womb or the lining of the cervix)
6.Pregnancy is excluded because there are few days to occur pregnancy between your periods and spotting.

If spotting last for more days or turn as a heavy vaginal bleeding
have vaginal discharge with foul smell and color
have abdominal pain or cramps

you should see your GP ,and depending on your situation, they may suggest carrying out some tests, such as:

tests for STIs, which may include an examination of your genitals
a cervical screening test, if you’re aged 25-64 and not up-to-date with these
an ultrasound scan
In your chase ,dont worry so much because it may be caused from hormonal imbalance(because you have breast sore )

All the best
