The last few years I am having black spots on my hands and since last few days it has started appearing on my face.
What could be the reason for this?
What medication should I take to prevent this?

I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photograph though it's not very clear.
You seem to be having seborrhoic keratosis which are benign tumors of the skin cells.
You need to consult a doctor and get them removed by radio frequency ablation.
