What Causes Black Mole On Penis?

default
Posted on Wed, 14 Oct 2015
Question: I have this brown/black mole on the penis. It's not itchy nor does it cause any pain. I just want to know if there cause of concern. I've had protected sex once and that was about 4-5 years ago. I've tested negative for all STD's except HSV1 where I tested positive. I'm just worried this could perhaps be HPV.
I can also upload a picture so you can make a better diagnosis. Where can I send a picture privately?

Brief Answer:
upload picture for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through the query, it is difficult to comment on this without examination. How long it has been, is there any change in the size, if possible kindly upload the pictures to say what it is exactly.

HPV, the top of the growths may resemble a cauliflower and may feel smooth or slightly bumpy to the touch. It can be easily diagnosed with simple examination, if you are anxious I would suggest you to see doctor for confirmation.

Hope this helps.
