Brief Answer:
We need to rule out diabetes, hypertension...

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

Black eye occurs because of bleeding into the layers of skin of eyelids.
The commonest cause is injury or trauma.

We need to rule out the following causes in spontaneous black eye
1. Diabetes
2. Hypertension
3. Bleeding and clotting disorders

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation by simple tests like blood sugar, bleeding time, clotting time, blood pressure assessment..

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
