Brief Answer:
Possible throat infection/stones;a picture is required...

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear lady,

I read your message and understood your problem.

First of all, I would like to see a picture of your son's throat. Can you please send to me a photo of the throat of your son with those white and black spots on it?
Also, if you can mention me any other symptoms or health troubles your son has it would be great.

So far, I can tell that it can be due to throat infection (angina) especially if your son has temperature and sore throat.

Tonsil stones are also to consider. The black spots could be coagulated blood as inflammation has occurred and laceration of mucosa. Debris (coagulated blood with food) that are not well cleaned can also cause black spots on the throat.

Drugs, when are chewed and not swallowed, can create white spots apart infection.

I need more information to value your son's situation. Send me pictures and other details so I can tell better what it is and what you must do.

Thank you.
Dr.Albana
