Brief Answer:
You can go for night guard to avoid it

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXX
Thank you for consulting with HCM.
This is Dr. Dipti Singh here to answer your query.

As you are mentioning that you are biting your cheek and tongue while sleeping, it looks that you might be having a habit of bruxism means teeth grinding, that is why it is happening.
This teeth grinding occurs because of stressful conditions.
To avoid it you have to visit a good dentist . He/she can prepare a personalised Night Guard which will prevent this teeth grinding, hence the tongue and cheek biting.

Even you can apply local anesthetic gel on the cuts of your tongue and cheek.

Hope it will help you.
Thank you
