What Causes Big Vein And Lump On Penis?

Question: Hi, I have a big vein on the shaft of the penis, my worry is not so much with that but with the end of the vein near the head of the penis it seems to have a lump. Does this look normal? (I have attached pictures) It is not painful with or without an erection but that big vein and lump has been there a while (I do masterbate frequently). My worry is that this is a clot. (Look near the head of the penis at the top of the big vein) Thanks.
