The most obvious question is do you have any known spinal issues or neurological issues? Have you ever had a spinal injury? Next. I see that your BP is on the higher side (135/100). May I ask what treatment you are taking to control this? Thirdly. Other than this sudden issue. Do you have any other chronic issues, like Back pain? Any numbness or tingling normally in the fingers and/or toes? Do you notice any weakness in any of your limbs? When you bend to touch your toes, do you have any pain? Brief Answer: Blood work essentially normal Detailed Answer: Hello again Mrs XXXXXXX Thank you for uploading your blood work. I have gone through it and it seems essentially normal. Your cholesterol is high and your hemoglobin is a bit low. I would try and fix that by pursuing a diet with more green leafy vegetables. But this has not moved me any closer to diagnosing your problem. Could you look at my first reply to your problem and see about answering any of those questions? Specifically 1) Do you have any known spinal issues or neurological issues? 2) Have you ever had a spinal injury? 3) Are you getting any treatment for you high BP? If not, then i suggest that you get treatment for that right away. 4) Do you have chronic backpain? 5) Do you have any numbness or tingling in your fingers or toes? 6) Have you noticed any wekaness in any of your limbs before? 7) When you bend and touch your toes, do you have any pain? In the meantime. You may take an over the counter pain medication such as 'Dolo' or 'Brufen' for the pain. I cannot recommend any exercises until i know what is going on. In the meantime, I would recommend that you get an xray of your neck done. The x-ray would be termed at a "Cervical Spine X-Ray, AP and LAteral" That x-ray will help rule in OR rule out any issues with the neck. I hope this helps. Feel free to follow-up. Vinay
