Brief Answer:
just rule out arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Back pain is mostly due to muscle spasm, but if it remains for a long time one must exclude other causes like arthritis etc. I advice you to go for an ESR and CRP blood test and X ray of LS spine and pelvis
Meanwhile, you can try over the counter pain killer and hot water fomentation
There is no need to go for rest, I advice to stay active but avoid lifting weights and heavy exercises

hope this will help

Hi,
thanks for your recommendation.
6 months back one of physician from Artemis recommended rejunex OD + calcium tablets , saying this is because of deficiency of vitamin B12.
do you recommend me to go for blood test? and how much dosage to be taken and how?

please advise.

Brief Answer:
no

Detailed Answer:
Hi
this is really unfortunate that every problem is related to either vitamin D or vitamin B deficiency
I donot think that this is due to any deficiency. do exercise, go for few blood test I advised and can try Naprosyn 500 mg twice daily after meal.
probably you need a rheumatological opinion and physiotherapy too.

Brief Answer:
both are normal

Detailed Answer:
hi
if these inflammatory markers are normal, probably you just need physiothetrapy.
see a physiotherapist who can teach you exercises and do it at home.
