Question: about an hour ago I started feeling really tired, cold, having to urinate quite often, sore back, and a bad headache. I thought maybe pregnancy as I also on and off feel nauseous, and haven't have my period since end of January. my Dr got me a blood test done since and it was negative I have also taken three home tests and all negative. any idea what it could be ?

Brief Answer:
You are not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about the possibility of pregnancy.

Following is my reply:

1) Since your blood test as well as urine test show negative for pregnancy, you are unlikely to be pregnant.

2) Looking at your symptoms you seem to have developed urinary tract infection ( UTI ).

3) This could be temporary. Drink more water and observe if your urination frequency comes down and have a good sleep as these symptoms are common while in lack of sleep or stress.

4) If these symptoms dont improve with after 2 days let me know so that I can tell further course of action.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya

Brief Answer:
Good sleep will solve your problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is what I had told you.

These are due to your poor sleep. Please get help from a nanny or a relative for some time to look after baby while you take few good naps.

Sleep will solve your problem.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
