You have already tried Physiotherapy but of no help to you.

Any way don't worry since the full history is not known to me I would like to get some more information from you like:-

4. DO you get pain on lifting your both hand up at 90 degree above head ?

Please update me with these information's as soon as possible, so that I could reach at particular diagnosis.

According to the history you provided as per your age I can only give you names of possible disease conditions like:-

a) Cervical Rib,
b) Cervical Spondylisis, or spondylesthesis.
c) Disc prolapse,
d) Osteoarthritis of joints

So as of now please continue the physiotherapy and you can apply some ointment like Volini gel, or hot fomentation, etc and give me the details of information I have asked you so that I can reach a diagnosis followed by remedy/ treatment.

Hope you can understand the situation, and try to update the above mentioned information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome back again, thanks for the above information,

As per your history and feedback given by you it seems to be like Intervertibral disc prolapse, Discitis, Intervertibral disc bulge or early degenerative changes in spine..etc but not sure or confirm.

For confirmation you are required to undergo MRI Cervco-thoracic spine (investigation of choice/gold standard).

Please under stand the gravity of situation and disease condition of yours, it is must to reach at the diagnosis.

Hence I request you not to delay further and get the MRI scan done and meet a near by Orthopedic specialist for looking deep into the matter.

Hope you understand the situation, delaying will further deteriorate the condition.

By the mean time,

1. Do not lift heavy object,
2. Do not do heavy massage on back,
3. If possible avoid bike riding,
4. Avoid prolong sitting on computer,
5. Avoid any strenuous work which is jeopardizing your neck.

Hope you understand, and will try to follow the instruction,

If any further query or doubt you are most welcome, do not hesitate to write back.
