Brief Answer:
You may have histrionic personality

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

I think, that could be due to your personality traits. There is a personality disorder called histrionic personality disorder. It is characterized by a pattern of excessive emotions and attention-seeking including inappropriately seductive behavior and an excessive need for approval. It usually begins in early adulthood and people affected by HPD are lively, dramatic, vivacious, enthusiastic, and flirtatious. People with may exhibit sexually provocative behavior, express strong emotions with an impressionistic style and can be easily influenced by others. Such kind of people usually believe that relationships are more intimate than they actually are. If you have above personality traits, then you have histrionic personality. In that case, you can consult a psychologist for proper personality assessment.

In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Brief Answer:
You can control yourself

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Yes, you can. In that case, you need help of few medications like antipsychotic or antidepressant that would decrease sexual desire and behavioral therapy that would help to control such thoughts. In that case, you should consult a psychiatrist and psychologist. If you want to stop yourself without any therapy, that depends upon your self control. Because it is part of your personality, so better to take help of therapist to get early result.

In case, you have more query, you can ask.
