Brief Answer:
Needs follow up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Atrial flutter is conduction abnormalities in atria ( upper two chambers of heart) . They are observing you and keeping an eye on the frequency and recurrence. if you are still in atrial flutter and the rhythms on ecg are irregular or pulse is more than 100 then they need to consider you for anti arrhythmics as well as anti coagulants if you fit the criteria. Let your doctors decide what is best for you . All you need is regular followups and immediate consult if any of the symptoms flare up like syncope, shortness of breath or palpitations.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
