Brief Answer:
Irregular heart beat

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.

A-fib is the short form for Atrial fibrillation. It is a type of arrhythmia( irregular heart beat) where the upper chambers of heart ie atria beat very fast (>350 beats per min). Here atria starts contracting so fast that there is no time for blood to fill inside heart. Eventually atrial blood remains there itself without moving leading to clot formation.
You need to follow up with your cardiologist. Another ablation may help you. But it will be decided by your treating doctor.

Hope this helps.

Take care, Bye.
