What Causes Anxiety After Taking HCG Injection?

Question: I am concerned, started hcg diet on Thursday with booster dose and then have had smaller dose last 2 days. I'm having what feels like anxiety attack multiple times today. Physically symptoms include body feeling a flushing of hot and cold shakiness and increased heart rate temporarily. I am now urinating a lot and have had several bowl movements today.
