Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
I dont see clearly external hemorrhoids in these photos, but at the upper part of anus there is visible prominent vein which could indicate 1st degree hemorrhoids.
Also, there could be internal hemorrhoids which cant be seen without more detailed examination. In every case, blood in stool at your age is in most cases benign and usualy caused by hemorrhoids, anal fisures, polyps or hard stool. You should see proctologist, but also you can try with home remedies first. Try to eat high fibre food, drink more fluids and take stool softeners. Have sitz-baths or use anti- hemorrhoids creams. ALso, check your red blood count to rule out anemia. If there is anemia, you need to do colonoscopy. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards

Brief Answer:
hi

Detailed Answer:
Yes , I see what you mean. There are several possible causes of such perianal lesion. If there is pain atound anus especiall ydurng defecation then it could be anal fissure and it is treated similar to hemorrhoids. But also if there is pus secretion from this "hole" it could indicate perianal fistula which is common condition in younger. Such fistulas are channels between perianal skin and rectum.Third possible cause is skin inflammation or perianal infections which could cause such skin changes. In every case, you should see proctologist, not gp. There are plenty of conservative methods of treatment, but sometimes surgery is only and the most efficient one.
