Brief Answer:
What are the names of the creams you are using?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully and it is pretty suggestive of a possible fungal infcetion. However, this should have regressed following treatment with the antifungal and antibacterial creams. To make sure these were appropriate, I will suggest that you provide the names for evaluation and further insights.

If these drugs are good at treating fungal infections, I will resort to treating this as a localised allergy by applying beclomethasone cream. We will then be able to tell what exactly is going on after evaluation 5-7days after.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
I recomemnd miconazole!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These creams are not references for treatment of possible fungal infections. I will recommend that you go with miconazole cream first and only consider others if this fails.

I wish you well and keep me updated.
