Brief Answer:
You will conceive

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

It seems that you had absent periods for 3 months and you used novelon and then you had period more than once in a month.

When you say Bubbles do you mean to say that you have ovarian cysts?

I also understand that you want to get pregnant.

As of now first let me explain to you the reasons for irregular periods. The most common cause is polycystsic ovarian disease. In this there are multiple cysts in the ovary and hence the female egg that is released on one day every month is not released. So as there is no female egg there cannot be pregnancy.

The other reason is hormonal imbalances. This may cause polycystic ovaries or may not cause it. Ovarian cysts also lead to irregular cycles.

I am not sure if an ultrasound has been done.

As of now, you must first get an internal examination by a gynecologist an infertility specialist will be preferred. Then an ultrasound must be done. If a cause is cysts then the treatment depends upon what type of cysts they are.

If it is polycystic ovaries then a blood sugar, insulin , thyroid, prolactin tests are needed. After that you may need metformin or bromocriptin or thyroid medication as per the reports. Also an ovulation study must be done to see if ovulation is occuring. If it is not occuring then you will need drugs like clomiphene for ovulation.

Menawhile other measures to correct hormonal imbalance are weight loss, regular exercise, low oil and low sugar diet and meditation or yoga to decrease tension. So try these while you get examined and investigated.

Please upload a sonography report if it is available. If you want pregnancy then do not take novelon as they are contraceptive tablets and prevent pregnancy. Also try to predict ovulation by ovulation predicting kit or by checking the cervical mucuc. The mucus becomes thin during ovulatory days. Keep sexual contact during ovulatory days as only on those days pregnancy can result other days will not result in pregnancy.

Also since you are trying for a baby start folic acid tablet, once daily for 3 months. They help in preventing brain defects in the baby.

Please do not worry. You will conceive. May be you will need some help in conceiving in the form of drugs to assist ovulation. Many women have ovarian cysts and they do conceive.
Hope this satisfies your query.
