Question: 40-years-old abdominal scar tissue has small external tear with puss in it. Have had "heat rash" or "jock itch" for months and have used anti-yeast ointment & powder, or cortisone ointment, or zinc oxide paste

The other possibility is a boil that has ruptured. I suggest that you consult a surgeon. He will be able to assess the depth of the abscess and drain it accordingly.
