Brief Answer:
Detail follows

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
It can be an episode of Acute Dysentry or Inflammatory bowel disease.
In irritable bowel syndrome there is no blood in stools!
In such conditions till biopsy report is available. I advise following:
1. To take a combination of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Tinidazole.
2. To take a probiotic and prebiotic like Bifilac.
3. To take Drotaverine for pain as on when required basis.
4. To take Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day.
5. To take Oral Rehydration solution.

Once you have your biopsy report review with me again.
If you have any further query please ask me.
