Is it possible it's cancer or anything serious

Brief Answer:
highly unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Its highly unlikely to be cancer. There is high possibility that the pain is due to maldigestion & due to stomach acid. Following measures will help for smooth recovery:

- sucralfate suspension thrice a day for 10 days
- take small frequent meals.
- take 30-45mins walk/exercise daily in the evening. It will make you fresh, healthy and is good for digestion.
- Don't lie down immediately after taking meal
- Eat a diet rich in fiber, especially from fruits and vegetables

> AVOID:
fatty & oily food.
spices
heavy meals at night
carbonated & caffeine drinks
chocolates

Hopefully you will see improvement in 3-4 days BUT if condition remains same then you need to visit hospital for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

I did go to a doctor and he said it could be constipation for straining to use the bathroom. I don't use your bathroom like I should. He did prescripted me stool softener.
