Brief Answer:
The baby is safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
To get a withdrawal bleeding, progesterone tablets are given. These are given for 5-7 days. These usually do not cause any harm to the developing baby. She has already been given Proluton to avoid any bleeding due to withdrawal of the hormone. There is no need to worry. The baby will be safe.
The pain in chest and lower abdomen are normal symptoms of pregnancy and can be taken care of with medicines.

Brief Answer:
5-6 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Normal beta-HCG levels in early weeks (after conception) are as follows:
1) 0-1 week > 0-50 mIU/ml
2) 1-2 weeks > 40-300 mIU/ ml
3) 3-4 weeks > 500-6000 mIU/ ml and so on (Peak level on 8 weeks).
As per the report she is 3-4 weeks pregnant after conception. This will be around 5-6 weeks of pregnancy if considered from the date of last menstrual period. Exact dating can be done with an ultrasound scan.
Regards.
