Question: I have a sore on the outside of the vagina on the lips close to where your leg is and it drains
liquid if you push on painful but not unbearable and there is blood on my underwear I have been
putting neosporin on it and the bump has gone done

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

It may be a hair follicle which might have been infected and gathered liquid or it may be bartholini cyst, depending on the position.

If the bump has gone then you have nothing to worry about.
If it is still there, I would recommend to apply warm compresses on it so it will gt organized in a bump and then drain by itself.
If it starts getting bigger you may need to take oral antibiotics too. For now continue using the neosporin ointment

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
