Brief Answer:
Looks like Canker Sore, needs further details and clear image..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your query, the image is a bit blurred and not clear enough..

As much as it is visible it is looking like a Canker Sore or an Apthous Ulcer while it can also be due to tongue bite causing traumatic Ulcer..

Please answer the following questions and also send a clear image of the lesion..

1.Is the sore painful?
2.Did it reduce in size in a week or is progressing to increase?
3.Do yo remember biting your tongue?
4.Are there any more ulcers in mouth or just one of this present?
5.Did you take any medication for this?
6.Do you have any medical problems?

Please revert back with answers and a clearer image..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
