Question: I have a sore and swollen foot a couple of inches below big toe.. when I move my toe it creams. Even had fever

From the description, it looks like you have developed a localised infection over the sole of foot .
I would like to have a look at the exact skin lesions before we can be sure of the skin condition .

Also please tell since when do you have this problem?
Any associated pain or itching?
What all are you applying over it?
Any similar lesions in the past?
