What Causes A Sore And Sensitive Nipple Along With Burning Sensation?
Question: I am male, 63 yrs, 6 ft tall, 143 pounds. right nipple very sore and sensitive, kind of burning sensation when touched. seems a bit swollen behind. first noticed after doing some work on a car in really close quarters where I had to crunch in under the dashboard. so i originally thought that I may have put a lot of pressure on it and irritated it, but it has been a few weeks and has not changed, it is still sore and sensitive

Although there is a history of possible pressure on the nipple while at work on a car in a close quarters and in crunching position under the dash board, the symptoms wold have been abated within few days.
Now that it has been a few weeks, this needs to be investigated.
I would suggest you the following:
Consult a Surgeon for an examination of the nipples, breasts, armpits and general examination, to undergo further tests like FNAC and as may be advised such as biopsy if needed so.
