What Causes A Rash On The Buttocks?
Question: Hi
My 4 month old has developed a rash on her bottom that looks like yeast infection. I have been using flutibact ointment as prescribed by peadiatrician since 7th May 2015 but it hasnt healed completely. what should i do to get rid off it. the rash is pinkish one and in a round shape with blisters. It is becoming dry in the centre now after 7 days though.
Also to avoid future diaper rash which brand is good johnsons desitin or himalaya?

It is a combination of steroid and antibacterial cream.
Steroid might cause damage to skin.
Kids usually develop fungal infection.
Use clotrimazole powder twice daily.
It will take care of fungal infection as well as wetness in the involved area.
