Brief Answer:
Thyroid dysfunction is most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Currently, there is nothing to be concerned about. You should see a doctor to get routine screening blood work including a thyroid panel. Lumps on the throat are usually thyroid nodules or lymphoma. The treatment for both is medication or surgery depending on size and severity. Both can be life threatening so I would recommend seeing a doctor soon.

Other causes of lumps can be abscesses, infections, cysts, or lipomas.
