Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the image you uploaded , the nails appear to be healthy. There is no sign to suggest a fungal infection of the nail nor is there any visible pitting or deformity.

The lump you described could be an extra flap of skin protruded due to ingrowing nail or a walled of infective focus. It would be a good idea to have the nail examined by your GP to have a closer look at the edges and advise treatment accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
