Brief Answer:
You may be suffering from puberphonia

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the puberphonia.
In this condition I personally suggest
1. Speech therapy to relax the laryngeal musculature for about the two weeks if the condition persist after this then
2. You may go for type III phono surgery i.e. surgical shortening and relaxation of vocal cords.
Please consult the ENT specialist for better diagnosis and management or send me the video of your voice.

Thanks

Wish you good health
