Brief Answer:
It could be anxiety or panic attack!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rapid heart beats that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and with the recent tests which are very good at looking for heart disease with normal results, there is little reason for us to think that there is a heart disease which is not being picked up.

With normal test results, the most likely causes are anxiety(fear0 and panic attacks. These lead to rapid release of hormones which cause the heart to beat fast with a rapid pulse. For this, I will recommend that you try relaxation techniques and regular and frequent exercises. If you take coke or caffeine or any coffee containing products, please cut back from as these could be possible causes.

There is no need for an emergency appointment at this time. You results are reassuring and we do not need to rush into panic at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Palpitation is forceful and rapid heart beat!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Without a forceful and rapid heartbeat, it is not considered palpation. I will suggest you monitor only as nothing points to a potential heart disease at this time and no other organ related disease has been identified.

Please, keep me posted and I wish you well.
