Question: Feeling of a ball in the middle of the beginning of my stomach in between my breast. If I swallow I fell a ball sensation there.

Hi Young Madam,

Thanks for your query albeit small and specific. I had a chance to see your previous queries on Sept 14 and Nov 3.

Now you have a specific saying: ''felling of a ball’’, place is not important.
You have a feeling of a ball in the place you explained if you swallow.

I would suggest you the following:
-First of all get one Upper GI Endoscopy and Barium swallow under fluoroscopy control to see the movement of the esophagus on swallowing.
-If you have normal reports, the tensions really go down to a good level. At your age cancer and such things are not at all expected.

-Continue Famotidine twice daily.
Add a prokinetic like Domperidone or Metoclopropamide under Doctor's guidance.
Take liquid Antacid 3 teaspoonfull every 3 hours.

Somehow, I have a feeling that you should tackle your anxiety and stress if you have (everyone feels he / she does not have)

And you will be fine.
